Claudio Ferraz, Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship and Economic Development , PUC-Rio
Claudio Ferraz holds a degree in Economics from the University of Costa Rica (1994, 'NULL'), a Master's in Economics from Boston University (1997) and a PhD from the University of California - Berkeley (2006). He is an associate professor in the economics department at PUC-Rio, and researcher associated with BREAD, E-GAP and J-PAL. Has experience in Economics, with emphasis on Economic Development, Political Economy, Public Sector Economics, and Public Policy Evaluation. His research includes studies on the causes and consequences of corruption and the quality of governments, political incentives and their effects on the economy, and the impact assessment of policies
