Biography

Nandita Balakrishnan is a Ph.D. Candidate with a focus on international relations and comparative politics. Her research agenda in international security includes particular interests in civil-military relations and political violence. She holds a B.A. in both International Studies and Economics from Emory University. She also holds an M.A. in Political Science from Stanford University, where she is a Stanford Interdisciplinary Graduate Fellow.
