Previously, I served as Senator Booker's chief counsel, where my portfolio included judiciary and homeland security issues, such as civil rights, nominations, and criminal justice reform. I have worked as a counsel on the Senate Judiciary Committee, special counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the Justice Department, Assistant U.S. Attorney in Seattle, and served as an adjunct professor at the George Washington Law School and the University of Washington School of Law and Evans School of Public Affairs."
