Vanessa Delgado

"My degree in Political Science gave me a strong foundation into understanding the intended principles behind our government structure. In my career, I worked in, with and now serve in government agencies and having that background has made a significant impact in me and challenges me to consider varied leadership ideas as I tackle my daily work."

Ms. Delgado is a founding partner of Azure Development. Azure creates, designs and builds exceptional housing communities and commercial projects throughout the Southwest. She has been an economic development professional for over 17 years and has created 3.3 million square feet of retail, office and housing projects. In November 2015, she was elected to serve as a City Councilmember for her community in the City of Montebello, Los Angeles County.
