As the Vice President of External Affairs, Emily is primarily responsible for leading PHE’s external affairs strategy and team, raising funds, generating revenue, and growing the national Board. Before joining the External Affairs team, Emily was PHE’s Bay Area Executive Director for four years and PHE’s founding Los Angeles Executive Director for two years.
